Big Indian Creek Walking Trails:

Ocmulgee provided the City of Perry with civil engineering plans to provide a second phase to the Big Indian Creek Walking Trail Project located in the heart of downtown. Ocmulgee performed a topographical survey and scouted location of the trail for Phase II of the project. Ocmulgee provided a conceptual drawing for trail and trail amenities such as: bridges, boardwalks, an outdoor classroom, pavilion, and a rain garden. A site plan, environmental delineation, erosion control plan, and coordination with GA DOT were all implemented under this work order. Ocmulgee obtained environmental permits for stream buffer and wetland encroachments.

Additional Services:
Ocmulgee provided a marketing package to help gain awareness and funding for Big Indian Walking Trail Project. Ocmulgee provided a 17 minute video with an example of the area’s flora and fauna, narration of historical facts, project scope, interviews and testimonials with major contributors/partners of the project. Ocmulgee created an informational brochure to aid in reaching private and corporate sponsorship.
