Southeastern Division Headquarters for Little League International:

SE Division Little League Headquarters

Warner Robins, GA was selected as the home of the Southeastern Division Headquarters for Little League International. Ocmulgee has been involved since the preliminary stages of this project. A conceptual color rendering was developed and presented to the southeast region staff by Ocmulgee to aid in the selection of Warner Robins as the Southeastern Division Headquarters.

Ocmulgee provided a 26-acre topographical survey and civil engineering consulting and design services for this project. Ocmulgee designed the stadium with 5,000 seat capacity, some of which is grass seating. Ocmulgee visited the “home” of Little League International in Williamsport, PA to aid in the vision of the design of the park, stadium, and field. Ocmulgee designed two parking lots to accommodate the stadium and administrative building.

The field was designed specifically for Little League regulations in mind. Additional design services include access roads, field design with under drainage system, and water features. Several facilities are proposed to be built on the site such as restrooms, concessions, press box, gift shop, an administrative building, and a maintenance facility. Ocmulgee is working closely with the project manager on all phases of construction for this exciting project. The total cost for this project $5.27 million. When the facility is ready, it will be used by Little Leaguers from Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia.
